JT advises clients on market demand and product positioning for apartments, single-family rentals, and master-planned communities. JT also prepares market demand studies for submission to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) as part of the land entitlement process. Furthermore, JT is responsible for assisting with multiple concurrent market studies, on-budget and with on-time delivery. In addition, he writes summaries for the Texas MAFs on a monthly basis.
