Eric’s role primarily involves collecting, processing, and analyzing real estate performance and economic data, and then using this information to produce monthly reports, research papers, and data forecasts. In addition, the role also requires learning from internal teams and clients to understand the utilization of our research and consequently improve our data consolidation and synthesis strategies, along with monitoring market trends.
